• Net metrics, not gross. Fees, slippage, and funding are real costs. Any site showing gross-only is communicating with misleading metrics.
• Rules cannot change; data can accumulate. The tie-break rule (TP+SL same candle goes to SL) is fixed in code; not tweaked to polish statistics.
• We provide tools, you make the call. No auto-trading; no custody; no fund management service.

• Phrases like 95% guaranteed profit or guaranteed AI signals will never appear here.
• User data will not be sold to third parties.

Initially everything is free. We do not move to monetization until a real, active user base exists. Rough plan:

1. Now: all public pages open. Free account for dashboard and personal features.
2. Phase 2: paid tier for advanced workspace (alerts, watchlist, export, developer API quotas). Core signals stay free.
3. Phase 3: enterprise layer, pay-per-use API (Solana Pay micro-payment), white-label embeddable widgets.

We do not sell signals; we sell tools to those who need them. The distinction matters.
