What is a funding rate heatmap?

A funding rate heatmap is a color-coded grid of perpetual funding rates, one tile per contract: red tiles mean longs are paying shorts, blue tiles mean shorts are paying longs. This one tracks the 30 most traded Binance USDT-M perps out of the 300+ listed (a contract without a live funding print is skipped, so the grid usually shows 28-30), refreshed every 20 minutes.
