Terms of Service

ByKaranteli is an information and data product. We collect derivatives and spot market data, compute indicators from it, publish datasets, and run a rule-based signal engine whose live results are published in full and net of costs.

It is not a broker, an exchange, a custodian, an investment adviser or a fund manager. We do not execute orders, hold assets, or manage money for anyone.

Everything on this site is general information published to the world at large. It takes no account of your circumstances, your risk tolerance or your objectives, and it is not a recommendation to buy or sell anything.

Trading leveraged crypto derivatives can lose you more than you put in. Past results, including our own published live results, do not predict future returns. Decisions you make are yours, and so are their consequences.

We take accuracy seriously and publish our methodology so it can be checked. Even so, market data arrives from third parties, feeds stall, exchanges revise history, and computed indicators can be wrong. Everything is provided as is, without warranty of accuracy, completeness or fitness for any purpose.

We do not promise uninterrupted service. We may change, suspend or withdraw any feature. Where a change removes something members pay for, we will say so in advance.

• You must be at least 18 and legally able to enter a contract.
• One person, one account. Do not share credentials or resell access.
• Keep your email account secure. Anyone who controls your inbox can request a sign-in link and therefore reach your account.
• Tell us promptly at support@bykaranteli.com if you believe your account has been used without your permission.
• We may suspend or close an account that abuses the service, attacks it, or uses it unlawfully.

• Membership is sold for a fixed duration, currently one, three, six or twelve months. It does not renew automatically and no payment instrument is stored, so nothing is ever charged to you without you starting it.
• Payment is made in USDC or USDT on Solana. An invoice is valid for a limited window and expires if it is not paid within it.
• Access begins when the transfer is confirmed on chain and runs to the end of the period you paid for.
• Blockchain transfers are irreversible. Once a payment has settled we cannot reverse it, and payments are therefore non-refundable. If something goes wrong on our side, for example a settled payment that did not activate access, write to support@bykaranteli.com and we will fix the access.
• You can stop at any time by simply not buying another period. Nothing further is taken.

• Use the documented API for automated access, and stay within its published rate limits.
• Do not scrape the site in a way that degrades it for other people, and do not attempt to bypass rate limiting, authentication or paywalls.
• Do not republish member-only content, or resell any part of the service, without written permission.
• Do not probe, attack or attempt to gain unauthorised access to the service or its infrastructure.

Datasets published on our data pages and marked CC0 are dedicated to the public domain: use them freely, commercially or otherwise, with no obligation. Attribution is welcome but not required.

Everything else, including the site design, written analysis, member-only material and the signal engine itself, remains ours. Underlying market data belongs to the venues it came from and is subject to their terms.

Some exchange links on this site are affiliate links, and we may earn a commission if you sign up through one. These are marked. Commission never changes what our data shows or what the signal engine does, because the engine reads market data and has no knowledge of any commercial relationship.

To the fullest extent the law allows, we are not liable for trading losses, lost profits, or any indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of this service. Where liability cannot be excluded, it is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim.

Nothing in these terms limits liability for fraud or for anything that cannot lawfully be limited.

We may update these terms. The date at the top of this page changes when we do, and material changes affecting paying members are also sent by email. Continuing to use the service after a change means you accept it.

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye, and the courts of Türkiye have jurisdiction over any dispute. This does not remove any protection you have under the mandatory consumer law of your own country of residence.
