What We Collect, From Where, and How Fresh It Is
The registry shows 89 feeds with a recent snapshot across 53 polled exchanges, and 11 recorded liquidation feeds enter the totals.
Aggregators rarely say which venues sit behind a number. This page does, for every data type on the site: which exchanges, whether the feed is complete or a sample, since when, and the age of the last record right now. Nothing here is typed by hand; every row is read from the collectors' registries and the live tables when you load the page, so a dead feed shows as stale within minutes.
What each venue count means: Three venue counts recur on this site and each names its own set. Model venues are the exchanges the LiqMap model estimates on, six of them (Binance, Bybit, OKX, Gate, HTX and Hyperliquid). Recorded liquidation feeds are the 11 exchange feeds whose liquidation prints enter the totals (Binance, Bybit, OKX, Gate, HTX, dYdX, Aster, Lighter, Kraken Futures, GMX and Deribit). Exchanges on file are every exchange the market snapshot recorder read in the last 24 hours (54 right now). Other pages count their own set and say so: order book venues, funding venues, insurance fund venues, status probes.
Liquidation feeds
Only full, sampled and delayed venues enter the totals on the liquidations page. Shadow venues are collected but not counted until side and sizing are verified.

How to read this page
Coverage kinds: full means every event on the venue's public feed is recorded; sampled means the venue itself publishes a subset (Binance emits at most one liquidation per second per symbol, so bursts are under-recorded); delayed means the venue exposes the flag late and we backfill by REST; shadow means we collect but do not count; none means the venue has no public feed and we say so instead of estimating it.
Freshness is the age of the newest record in our tables for that source at the moment you loaded the page. Each source has its own expected cadence (liquidations within hours, snapshots within 30 minutes, spot minutes within 30 minutes, whale scans within 20 minutes); older than that is flagged stale.
Everything on this page is also served as JSON at /api/public/coverage so an agent can cite exactly what a number is built from.
